Google Mini not responding

Hi, My Google Mini shows as offline on the Google Home app. I've tried deleting the device and adding it again but the device is not detected. The four lights are on permanently on the device.  pressing the factory reset button turns one of the lights green but doesn't reset the device.  I've tried unplugging and replugging a number of times but same result

Me too! My speaker does the same thing! What is Google going to do about this? This is obviously happening to multiple people.
