We had a neighborhood-wide Comcast failure which knocked out everything on our network: Google devices, Bose smart speaker, network-enabled lights, and TVs. A real mess. Everything but our 2 Google minis came back online easily. These two devices can be set up but will not maintain their network connection for more that a few minutes. I factory reset them and went through the entire setup procedure again. No luck. They set up properly, connect to the network properly, work for a minute or two and then it's, "Hold on a minute, there's a problem. Try again later." I should also add that I've had no problems with our two Google hubs. Is this a firmware update issue? If so, is it possible to step back to a previous version. Any help will be greatly appreciated as I've read everything I can find about this issue and nothing helps.

Hi LynPearson,
This is not the experience we want you to have, let me help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers are we working with? Are those Nest Minis or Google Home Minis? When you did the factory reset, was it the same steps as what you see in this link?
It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot after you’ve set them up:
Also, to eliminate network issues, please try setting up one of your Google Home Mini using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Google Home/Nest devices). Once done, check if your device will have the same behavior.
Keep me posted.
Best,
Dan
