Google Nest Audio Speaker stopped working

After not using for sometime and rebooting my speaker just stopper working! what a waste of money!!

  • When did this behavior first begin?
  • Have you experienced any power outages in your area?
  • Have you tried connecting the Google Nest Audio to a different power source?
  • When you open the Google Home app, did you see your Google Nest Audio online? 
  • Is your Google Nest Audio set up in the Google Home app?
  • May I know the model of your smartphone?
  • Is the Google Nest Audio Assistant working?
  • How long has it been since the Google Nest Audio was last used?
  • In addition to rebooting the Google Nest Audio, what other troubleshooting steps have you taken?

Responding to your queries:

  • Were there any recent changes to your environment, such as a change in Wi-Fi network or relocation of the device? - Yes, I moved from Singapore to Philippines. And yes I have to change WIFI connections since I move to new location
  • When did this behavior first begin? - A few weeks ago when I am trying to set up my work station at home. I had to rebooth the 2 nest audio speaker to connect with my new connection. Unfortunately, only one speaker now is working.  
  • Have you experienced any power outages in your area? - No
  • Have you tried connecting the Google Nest Audio to a different power source? - I did many times
  • When you open the Google Home app, did you see your Google Nest Audio online? can no longer see it even if i tried adding new device.
  • Is your Google Nest Audio set up in the Google Home app? - Before it was set up
  • May I know the model of your smartphone? - Iphone 15 Pro Max
  • Is the Google Nest Audio Assistant working? - Not working
  • How long has it been since the Google Nest Audio was last used? - 8 months
  • In addition to rebooting the Google Nest Audio, what other troubleshooting steps have you taken? - Just unplugging and plugging it. Totally not even an led light.

Thanks for posting in the community. 
I appreciate you taking the time to answer the questions; they are useful to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing. To troubleshoot the Nest Audio try the steps below: 
Since you have moved to a different location, you should factory reset the device and set it up again. 

  1. Please factory reset your Nest Audio speaker by following the steps on this link: Factory reset Google Nest, Home speakers, or displays.
  2. Please reboot your modem and router for about 2–3 minutes. 
  3. Try adding the device through the Google Home app by following the steps on the next link: Set up your Google Nest or Home speaker or display.

Once you do this, the Nest Audio will continue working as normally; please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

I can't even factory reset my speaker because it's no longer respospnding. No led lights when I plug. I tried factory reset many times but no led and not even switching "on".
