My Google Nest Audio does not respond lately. Reset does not work, the device does not start up. A factory reset is not possible as long as the device will not start up.
10 times disconect the powerplug does not work either because the lights will not show.
I would like to make use of the warrenty.

Have you tried another outlet? I ran into this once is why I am asking

Yes I did. Also another power cord. But the device seems bricked. It doesnt respond at all sadly.
I bought the Nest audio 05-2023 and it worked perfect until recently. It was part of a stereo pair. The other speaker works fine.

The problems started around 1 august 2024. The exact date I dont know. Google home could not find the device. Routines did not start up when I Asked to.
Then I started to unplug the cabel for 5 minuten, but that was not the solution.
I unplugged it in the days after a few more times for longer periode. I also unpluged the router. The result was that the start up procedure of the Nest became slow. The lights turned on slower and in the and there were no lights Turing on anymore.
At that point I tryed to prefom a factory reset, but it was to late. The Nest buttons on top didn't respond anymore.
I have tryed your tips, but sadly it dit not solve the problem.
