Hi,
We've had this Google Nest Audio for a couple of weeks. We want to use it as an alarm clock. At first, all went well. I set an alarm as an activity through the Google Home App (iOS) and every morning it started and played the correct Spotify playlist. Later on, my wife also added her account (Android) to the device. As I'm not sure if the problems started directly, I also can't be sure this is the where the solution is. But around that time, the device suddenly couldn't find the activity anymore. It always says 'Sorry there was an error. Please let me know when you are ready.'. Also, when I ask if there's an alarm present, he answers that there is none. When we add one through speech, we also can't find that in the Google Home App. As we also haven't been able to set it up verbally (it just won't connect a playlist to the alarm, so there's only a generic alarm tune), this is not working. I've tried to reset it, unplugged it, set it back to factory settings, removed it from the Home app and did the setup again, but all to no avail.

I can only state what the procedures are from an Android point of view, but it should be similar if not the same.
Your alarms should be shown in your speaker's Settings ⚙️ > Audio > Alarm and Timers: adjust volume.
Musical alarms or Media Alarms as it was known is no longer available with Google Nest speakers. You have to create an automation with a time (schedule), When an alarm is dismissed or a light turns on trigger (Event).

Unfortunately, in my IOS version or my wife's Android version of Google Home, this 'Settings ⚙️> Audio > Alarm and Timers' does not exist.
"You have to create an automation with a time (schedule), When an alarm is dismissed or a light turns on trigger (Event).' -> this is what worked in the first place, and now isn't anymore. We used time as a trigger event.
So, unfortunately we're still stuck.
