Google Nest Audio not powering on

Hi all. 

I have a nest audio device. Since a time for no reason has stopped working completely. 

I have unplugged it and plugged it again after a time however there is no response, no lights coming.

I've already filled the form that I've found in other post, but no answer.

Please, I need help to solve this issue. Thanks!
