I can't hear my doorbell  inside my house thru the speaker

Do you have "Visitor announcements" turned on for your doorbell? (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7672451). Is "Do not disturb" turned OFF on your Google Home? Are your doorbell and Google Home in the same Google Nest "home/structure"? At what volume level is your Google Home set at (the "visitor announcement" volume is at the same volume)?
