Google Nest HUB Max

So I purchased this product from QVC without warranty. It was working fine until a few months ago. I reviewed and tried ALL the troubleshooting suggested on the Google products Forum but NONE worked! Believe me I tried for about a month. I even called QVC to see if they can replace it thinking it may have some defect, but with no luck. They don’t guarantee the products they sell 😩

I thought maybe contact the Google Store Products website and followed all the prompts to get a refund on my Google Nest HUB Max (you have to sign in to your Gmail account). Then after answering to all the questions, at the very bottom of one of the ‘Next’ prompt, there is a ‘Help/Chat with a Representative’ as I wanted to talk to a live person. The CR asked to access my Hub Max after (he suggested all the troubleshooting that I already tried). I didn’t see him do anything on the Hub however the last ditch effort was to ‘Report or Send Feedback’ to Google to resolve my issue. I honestly think he updated my Google Home App or my Nest Home App because NOW IT IS WORKING AGAIN!!!! Woohoo!!!

For some reason, you cannot update the Google Home App or Nest Hime App version on my iPhone? I could’ve done all that but who knows!

Hope this helps someone with their issue. BTW- I read a lot of people are having the same issue as me!
