Google Nest Home Max built in camera stopped working

The built in camera stopped working for home monitoring, after 4 months of use, which was the MAIN purpose of the purchase. It works for duo video calls however, I can no longer see the inside of my home when away. The camera does not even show on the Google Home app. And says "not available" on the device itself. I purchased at Best Buy, and had Geek Squad come to do the initial set-up as it was a pain for me when I tried. It took them about an hour to get it to work. I've contacted them for assistance on this issue and they said it's bug or  something that they cannot fix 😞 does anyone have a solution?

I had the same exact thing happen to me today. The weird thing is that I was still able to view the camera in the Nest app (blue app icon).

To fix this issue in the Google Home App I went into Cameras>[Nest Hub Max Camera]>Settings Gear in the upper right>Nest Cam>Turned all settings off, wait a few seconds, turn all settings back on. However, after a little while the issue started again so this is not a permanent fix. I suspect Google might be working on something that is causing this. Hopefully it's resolved soon.
