Google Nest Hub 2 black out

Hi everyone

I purchased a Google Nest Hub 2 from the UK online shop back on 13 June 2021. In December 2021, I realised the screen started to become much more pixelated and also that the display's resolution became very poor. Come January 2022, the screen is fully blacked out and all that remains is a tiny column to the right of the Nest Hub 2. 

 

A little more complication, I purchased the item in UK and brought it back to Singapore to use (where I reside). I am now wondering how am I going to be able to get this repaired given that my purchase location was different from where I am staying. Anyone have any suggestions on what I should do to get it repaired? It has only lasted me 6 months for a product that costs nearly 100 GBP...
