Google Nest Hub(2ndGen) no app launcher

Hi,

 

I did saw posts on Google Nest Hub(2ndGen) have app launcher. Apparently my Nest Hub(2ndGen) doesn't have it.  Also I did read that Apps on Nest displays are only available in the US. So sub-standard that not all Google Nest Hub app launcher available to all countries.
So, is there a way to get the app launcher on my current firmware?

System firmware: 18.20240225.3.63
Cast firmware: 3.73.411796

Unfortunately, there's a feature that is no longer available as we've made changes to focus on quality and reliability. This will ultimately make Assistant easier to use across devices and allow us to keep improving your experience with the features you love. I'm not looking into the Google Assistant but rather the app launcher so that I can install certain app that are useful to use on the Google Nest Hub. I was looking forward to see app launcher on my nest but disappointed to find out it's available in US than other parts of the countries. 

 

So my question is why is there 2nd different standard(sub-standard) on the Google Nest Hub regarding on app launcher that certain countries have.
