We had to get a new router, ended up with same network bit different password. I was able to get doorbell working, and all other devices moved to new network, but can’t get camera on Nest Hub Max to connect to service. Have rebooted multiple times….not having any hub…just get error connecting nest camera….would love any help! Thanks!

Did you remove the Nest camera on the Nest Hub Max from the Google Nest app while you were still using your old Wi-Fi password? (The Google Nest process for changing Wi-Fi calls for removing the Google Nest device from the Google Nest app or the Google Home app while you are still on the old Wi-Fi network, then doing a factory reset, and then reinstalling on the new Wi-Fi network.) If you didn't, you may need to contact Support for assistance in overriding the controls Google Nest has on moving a device to a new Wi-Fi.
