I used to be able to view the camera feed using the Google home app on my phone to check remotely but recently, it cannot connect. I also couldn't access the camera app on the device directly. Factory resetting the device and re-adding it to my Home doesn't work.
I didn't change any settings between when it was working and now. Please help!

I know how important it is to have a working camera on the Google Nest Hub Max. To confirm, have you tried using a different phone/tablet for setup? Also, try setting up your Nest Hub Max to a different home structure to see if it will have the same issue.

Thanks for the suggestion, I tried this but it still didn't work for me. I completely removed the Nest Hub Max, factory reset the device, restarted my phone and re-added it. When I tried the Set Up Nest Cam step however, it kept prompting me to move closer to the Hub even though my phone was already right next to it and could never proceed.
