Nest hun stop recognizing command to turn on/off switch

About couple weeks ago, my google nest hub stop recognizing some commands to turn switch on/off.

It works fine with google mini and android devices but only have issue with nest hub.

Manually i can adjust them but with voice command it wouldnt work.

I have set device name in korean and when i change to english, it would work ( I have been using with korean commands for 2 years and all the sudden it stop working)

Same thint with tv; i used to command turn tv on or off and it workes but now it doesnt.

Readint thred here, it seems like its not the first time this issue happened.

Called google for support but they repeated useless answers and have no intention to fix it.

Nope. Doesnt work reset or reboot.

Spoken to customer support but they repeat like parrot that korean is not supported languge which is false.
