Google Nest Hub Max restarts randomly

My Google Nest Hub Max randomly does a restart. Does anyone know why this happens??

so do mine. no idea why. Definitely it is not a power problem - shares UPS with my desktop

mine does the same, but worse, when it restarts, it doesnt seem to be able to fully boot. ill occasionally walk by my hub max, and its got the big loading circle spinning in the middle of the screen.  ive left it that way for an entire day, thinking maybe it will eventually finish loading, but it doesnt.  I have to pull the power cord out and put it back in again to force another restart, and then its usually ok.
