Google Nest Hub Not working Properly when Touched

All of a sudden my displays are acting weird.  Normally when I touch the screen it has the screen where you can quickly touch and turn on lights in that room, as an example.  And normally if you slide down from the top you get all the different choices like home control and so on.  When I touch mine nothing happens.  If I swipe down I get “photo frame”. If I swipe up I get the normal choices across the bottom.  The only thing that fixes it is a restart.

 

Is this a known problem, perhaps caused by an update?  It is doing it on all my displays.

Thanks for letting us know about this.

 

Sorry to hear about what you're experiencing right now with your Google Nest Hub. Have you already checked the "Home Control" tab on your Google Nest Hub? As soon as you see the photo display, swipe left to see the options and look for "Home Control" to see your devices connected to it.

 

Also, is it possible if you can send us a photo of the exact display that you're getting on the screen so we can check further?

It seems to be okay right now.  When it was acting up you could not slide to home control. Only option when you touched it was photo frame.
