I am experiencing an issue with my Google Nest Hub. My Routine can be triggered via voice commands, but not via touch controls. When I try to run a Routine by tapping on the screen, it only displays the message:
"Touch controls are limited at the moment, but you can still use voice to interact with this device."
However, my touchscreen works fine for other functions, such as navigating menus and controlling individual devices.
Steps I have tried but the issue persists:
Synced my devices by saying: "Hey Google, sync my devices."
Restarted my Nest Hub by unplugging and replugging the power.
Deleted and recreated the Routine from scratch.
Checked for Google Home app updates (everything is up to date).
Is this a known issue? Is there any fix available, or will this be addressed in a future update?
Thank you for your support.

Maybe it's related to the other things in the Nest Hub user interface that were apparently broken in the latest firmware update, as noted in these threads:

Thank you so much. So, I can confirm that is not my problems~
