Google Nest Hub connected to another account yet it isnt so unable to complete connection

My google nest hub finally connects to internet to be stonewalled with

This Nest Hub is connected to another account or home

Ive deleted the home in my ap and rebooted the hub to continually getting same message

What can I do?
