Google Nest Hub display has: spots and stripes

Hello,
from one day to the next my Google Nest Hub display has: spots, stripes and has become slower when changing colors from light to dark or vice versa.
I have already performed a factory reset, but it remains the same. I've had this problem for about 3 weeks now.
Can anyone give me a tip or is the device now for the garbage can?

Unfortunately, you can't see this in the photo, but it is very much there.
