Hello,
So I bought a nest hub display a few days before. Set up went ok through the GH app but I am experiencing 2 issues.
The first issue is that the ZigBee therm/hydro sensors don't appear on climate devices menu on the display as they appear normally on GH app and if you select to display them through the room and click on the icon of any sensor to see the temperature it stays on loading state and some seconds later it returns to previous screen. On the other hand Humidity level is always displayed if you click on it.
The second issue I have with the display is that the rooms appear alphabetical.
This issue it was resolved on the GH app by placing [number] before the name of the room so to have the rooms in the order I wanted.
In the display hub all the rooms are displayed only with the letter and the order is different.
I have already rebooted router, display many times even deleted the display from the app and pair it from the start.but both issues persist.
Does anyone have a solution for any of these issues?

This issue has solved by me with removing the brackets enclosing the number before the name of the room.

Hey Stelios,
It's great to hear from you! I understand that having issues with your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen) can be a challenge, but I'm glad to know that you were able to resolve your other concerns.
Just to confirm, did you notice your ZigBee therm/hydro sensors appearing on the climate devices menu on the display before? Also, may I know the current firmware version of your Nest Hub? Please keep in mind that while both the Nest display and Google Home app have different functions and features,
Cheers,
Muddi

Hello,
after the initial setup the sensors displayed temperature & humidity but on the next days they only displayed humidity and the temperature stucked on loading screen.
This made me to check the climate menu on the Nest Hub and I found out that all the sensors were missing.
Also I like to mention that all of the sensor app boxes display the word "setpoint 0" at start if you navigate through the rooms.
The firmware version is 14.20230831.4.72
Nest Hub needs to be able to provide all of the necessary environmental data as a display.
As it's already providing all of the functions of GH app.
You can't always have your phone or tablet at your disposal to go through GH app.
And that was my the reason for purchasing the Nest hub.

I have noticed the same thing, temperature can not be shown from sensors on the nest hub, but humidity can. (Both works in the Google Home app)

You will also notice that the sensors are missing from the climate devices group on Nest Hub as they appear normally on GH app alongside with other climate related devices such as A/C.
Two weeks have already passed since reporting the issue and still I don't have any official answer from Google that solves the issue.I even unlinked the main smart app that handles the sensors from the GH as support agent suggested.
Unfortunately had no result on solving the problem and had to re configure from scratch all the automations including all smart devices/sensors linked to GH app.😞

Yes you are correct they do not show up in climate, I have to go through "rooms" to find them, and they all say "Refer...0" , and clicking them shows the infinite loading ring and temperature.
