I am experiencing this issue since January that I bought the hub.
It's the second time that I address this to the community in hope there is a solution.
The issue is that the ZigBee therm/hydro sensors don't appear on Climate Devices menu on the display as they appear normally on GH app and if you select to display them through the room and click on the icon of any sensor to see the temperature it stays on loading state and some seconds later it returns to previous screen.On the other hand Humidity level is always displayed if you click on it.
I already worked with an agent to resolve this several months ago by unlinking - relinking the Tuya account that includes the devices but the problem persists.
This time I ve included photos of the display.
Is there any solution for this problem at all?😭

I think it's the fault of the sensors themselves. I have Tuya thermostatic heads and they are visible in the climate in NestHub (they also show the current temperature). My temperature/humidity sensors (wi-fi, zigbee) also do not show the temperature in nestHub (they are not visible in the climate in NestHub).
