Google Nest Hub gen. 2 disconnects from WiFi during the night

Hi I just got some days ago a Google Nest Hub gen 2. It seems to works all fine but every morning when I wake up it shows me the message that it need to connect to a WiFi. Usually I unplug/plug again the power cord and everything start to work perfectly until the morning after when I find it the same way. What is happening? How can I prevent this? Thank you very much.

I’m sorry to hear the trouble you’re experiencing with your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen. Let’s further look into it. A few questions: do you have other Google Home devices aside from your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen? If yes, is their connection working fine? Are you using a dual-band router? Which band is your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen connected to, and what is its distance to the router?

 

Kindly provide the Cast firmware and Software (Fuchsia) version of your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen. Swipe up from the bottom of the display > Settings > Device information.
