Google Nest Hub keeps rebooting, and it’s only 1-day old! Help!

I just set up my Nest Hub (max) yesterday. Today, it began rebooting every 3 to 5 minutes. I did the factory reset, but it’s still rebooting randomly, frequently.

I tried changing the power outlet, but that didn’t have any effect. Also, it happens at any time, when active or when idle. It freezes sometimes when active. The software (?) version is 1.54.25890.  Did I miss out on a lot of negative reviews, or is this a quick fix?? I hope it can be fixed because I really like the system,
