Google Nest Hub keeps rebooting, and it’s only 1-day old! Help!

I just set up my Nest Hub Max yesterday. Today, it began rebooting every 3 to 5 minutes. I did the factory reset, but it’s still rebooting randomly, frequently. I tried changing the power outlet, but that didn’t have any effect. Also, it happens at any time, when active or when idle. It freezes sometimes when active. The software (?) version is 1.54.25890.  Did I miss out on a lot of negative reviews, or is this a quick fix? I hope it can be fixed because I really like the system.

Thanks for your message. Oh no! That is not great to hear that your Google Nest Hub is not working as intended. I definitely understand your concern.

 

I looked into your issue and saw that you contacted Google Support on September 1, 2021. I would recommend reaching out to Google Support again with your Case ID if you have any more questions or concerns, as they have a more in-depth view of your case.
