Google Nest Hub not playing podcasts

Hello Everyone,

after Years with Alexa I have bought a Nest hub to compare and I am extremely disappointed so far.

I listed podcasts a lot and this seems impossible to do in my country (Italy).
I have tried Google Podcast and Spotify too with no success.

I really feel like a fool and I cannot believe Google can have such a poor product (from multimedia perspective) in the market with at least 2 serious competitors like Amazon and Apple.

Anyway...asking never hurts, is there any effective workaround?
