The screen is black. Besides that, the unit is fully functional. I did a reset to remove the black screen; now, it isn't working at all. Help me 🙂 please

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Google Nest Hub screen. A few questions: when did the issue start? Which Nest hub do you have (1st or 2nd gen)? Are you using the original power cable that comes with the package? What is the operating and system firmware version of your device? Also, where and when did you purchase it?
