Google Nest Hub thinks it is in another town

Hello, my nest hub thinks I am in a different town and displays on my hub max a widget from that location to my Home… super useful except that im already at home and the hub max is physically located in that home.

things I’ve already done:

- hard / factory reset

- set a home address in google home. —> which seems to be working fine since the hub is showing me directions to “home”… how are locations even determine for a nest binder
