Google Nest Hub

Recently my Home mini and Nest hub locked into a boot cycle &  rebooted themselves for 10-15 min or longer. When I came back the mini was still plugged in but off. I unplugged it and replugged it in then it worked. The display was on however now no sound will come out of speaker built into display no matter everything I've done troubleshooting it..

Thanks for posting on the community page. That sounds incredibly frustrating. It's no fun dealing with unexpected tech glitches, especially when they affect multiple devices. I can imagine how concerning it must be to have your Nest Hub lose sound after all that.

 

To understand the issue better let me ask you some questions to pin down what is happening: 
 

  • Specific error messages or codes: Are there any error messages displayed on either device?
  • Troubleshooting steps already taken: Have you tried any other solutions besides unplugging the Mini?
  • Device firmware versions: Knowing the software versions of both devices can help identify potential compatibility issues.
