So I am trying to pair the nest mini 2nd gen but when I’m trying to select for the wifi connection, my connected wifi is not showing up in the list itself. However on the very first try it did connect well and worked till the point where some update was happening to the speaker but some issue happened and the device stopped working. After performing a factory reset I tried connecting it again but since then , the wifi won’t show up on the selection page. Even after entering the details manually, the error comes up saying “Could not connect to wifi try again or view more options.” I’ve checked with my router too , no packet loss the connection is stable and the ssid is not hidden. Tried contacting support, they said it’s a very unique issue. Not sure what to do next.
