Google Nest Mini isn't discoverable on PC

Hi All,

I'm having an issue where my nest mini 2nd gen cannot be seen from my PC. Nor Spotify or chrome can see it and I do not wish to use it through bluetooth. Spotify on my iPhone Xr can see it without the use of Bluetooth. I have already tried switching Wi-Fi networks between the 5Ghz Band and the 2.4 Ghz Band. I have also tried changing the WPA encryption to WPA2 from WPA3 and vice versa but it wouldn't show up regardless.

I'm also using a VPN on both devices however, even with the VPN on my iPhone can see the Nest Mini  (without Bluetooth) but my PC cannot, so the VPN cannot be involved in this issue either.

Can anyone help with this issue?

I know how challenging it is when you can't cast music on your Google Nest Mini using your personal computer. Let's dig deeper. To further isolate network issues, please try disabling your VPN and see if you can cast to your speaker using your PC. I understand that your phone can cast without an issue but since you are using a Chrome browser to cast, VPN may have blocking the connection between your devices.
