This is copy paste of a ticket I opened earlier .. since Google won't fix it and the previous post didn't have any activity in some time, they closed it. First I show my initial request, then my response to Google which I could no longer post on the previous thread.
Hi, ever since I bought the device, it keeps on disconnecting. Stopped even using it but now tried again in hopes issue would have been fixed.
Never have those issues with Alexa...come on Google, where is a fix for that?
Single Router, 2ghz

That is a joke, isn't it. The issue remains and I've heard it from many others. Is that the way, Google Support solves customer issues?
- not fixing it
- close all cases after a while since there is no activity (yeah, no activity by Google).
I'm very much disappointed and want my money back for the device that is not working as expect

Fyi. My initial request was from 12-19-2021 and at that point, the issue was already around for a year
