Google Nest Speakers Not Updating Firmware

I'm having firmware issues with several Nest speakers. I've contacted Google's help department. Unfortunately, they are completely useless. 
I see other threads with similar firmware issues.

Hey MrJinx,

 

Just a quick update on case ID: 0-4159000033025. As mentioned in my previous post. You can leave on the Preview Program anytime but you will need to wait for the next production firmware to be pushed to officially exit the program. For now, the best thing to do is to send feedback.

Hey MrJinx,

 

You can send feedback using your Nest speakers by saying "Hey Google, send feedback" followed by a brief description of the issue. You can also send feedback using the Google Home app. Click here to learn more.

you have all my information. i've filled out forms. answered the same questions over and over again. my feedback is google support is terrible. stick that in your sock

this is the fourth day with the google nest wifi pro. today the speakers started to drop or not connect. geez,....

yes, im having issues while im connected to my nest pro wifi. for example, stop casting sometimes does not stop the cast. 

also, when playing from youtube music on my pc, i experience more delays streaming.

good morning,

yes, i've called support. they've given me the same run-around and non-answers you have. another waste of time. 

I'll repeat myself. the google wifi will only support a few speakers. maybe six or eight unpaired non group speakers. also, the home UI has more problems while using the google wifi. 

when troubleshooting the home app, the google wifi device is limited to the number of speakers.

to the best of my knowledge, the google nest pro allows more speakers with less home UI issues.

another Home UI problem. I tried to forward to the next song. the UI failed. I tried to pause the song from the Home UI. It failed. Please log and notify your support team

after restarting my phone, the home UI is working again. however, restarting my phone should not be the solution. do your job and fix your bad software.

all was well until today. speaker groups are not connecting. speakers are dropping. stereo pairs are not playing. what did you guys do? this is ridiculous. all was working better from my nest pro wifi until today. what did you do? i can't believe you guys can't do your job.

My apologies for the delays. To confirm, have you tried reaching out with your network provider since you mentioned that you're experiencing delays when playing music on your computer.

Google products are garbage. Google IT is trash. The products do not work consistently.

I believe you mentioned that in your post last January 04, that you're experiencing delays when playing YouTube from your PC. Moving forward, did you had the chance to contact Google WiFi support?
