Hi,
I have a Nest display that is remote.
No one at is home is IT savy.
We are having issues with Meet and conferance calls answering.
The recipiant can tap accept, but the call does not "generally" connect.
There is concern that it is a WiFi hardware issue.
Is there any option to run a hardware diagnostic on the device?
So we can rule out, wheter the Max hub is working to its optimal and we are just dealing with a setup issue.
Yes we have factory reset multiple times 🙂

Hi Peter-AU,
Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your Google Nest Hub Max concern. Running hardware diagnostics remotely on Google Nest speakers and displays is not available. You can set up your Google Nest Hub Max on another network to isolate this.
