Google Nest not connecting with new fiber network

MegFab
Community Member

Hi-

I have a 2020 Google Nest Audio speaker that was working fine until I had fiber installed and then it disconnected. I have done everything to reconnect it- factory reset, unplug 10 times, etc. I contacted Fidium and they also tried to troubleshoot it with me. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Google Home app, Fidum reset my modem, etc. What else can I do?

Hi MegFab,

Thanks for reaching out! I understand your Nest Audio isn't connecting to the Wi-Fi network. I know this can be frustrating when your speaker can't connect. No worries, I'm here to help!

Here's a link to the troubleshooting steps for My speaker or display is not connecting to Wi-Fi. This will guide you through connecting your speaker to the Wi-Fi network.

I hope this helps! And let me know if you have any other questions.

Regards,

Manuel

Unfortunately, I have already tried all of those steps to no avail. Is my 2020 device too old for my new fiber network?
