Hello,

The google home could not be turned on after turning 4 white dots.

Could you please let me know the solution to make the google home to turn on successfully?

Thanks for posting in the community! Sorry to hear about this situation of your Google Home not turning on but getting the four lights on. No worries, help is here! Let's try performing a Factory Reset on your device:

1. On the side of the device, unplug the power cord > wait 10 seconds > plug the power cord back in > wait for the 4 LED lights to light up.
2. Repeat the first step, 10 more times.
3. On the last attempt, wait for the device to announce "Welcome to Google Home".
4. Set up the device in the Google Home app .

Dear Axel,

I tried to do factory reset as you recomended.

But I thought the device could not be reset.

The device still not turning on and the 4 lights on.
