Google display, camera, NestMini speaker.

If anyone can help. The Google display wasn’t connecting right to my Google home app and wouldn’t let me connect in general from like YouTube or YouTube music, I wasn’t able to go to settings or turn the volume up or down. I tried to turn it off and on and turn wifi settings off. +Another thing is I have a Google speaker a NestMini, I tried adding it and it let me through and past the part where it lets me hear the chime sound, it ask me for my region and I press the US and it will not go through. It just stays on it and I can’t do anything else but exit. This goes for everything, it ask me for my region. My app is updated and my wifi connection is perfectly fine so I don’t know. I tried looking it up and can’t find any help.

I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, and we appreciate the troubleshooting that you did. Which country are you contacting us from? What language are you using in your Google Home app? You can use US English and observe if this will make a difference. You can also use another phone to further isolate the issue. Check out the steps below on how to change the language using your Google Home app.

 

To change your language:

  1. On your mobile device, open the Google Home app .
  2. At the top right, tap your account and then Assistant settings Languages.
  3. Tap your current language choose a new language.
