The display turn black after few minutes..Problem still not fixed.

Thanks for sharing details about the issue. My apologies for the delays.

 

I understand the feeling of not having a working device when needed. We'd love to help. A few questions: when did the issue start? Is it still responding when you ask a question? Where and when did you purchase your Google Nest Hub Max?

 

Please try these steps below:

 

  1. Confirm that the device is powered on (turn on the privacy switch to check if the light comes on or ask a question and check if the Assistant responds).
  2. Confirm the brightness offset in the Google Home App isn't set too low.
  3. Reboot the device.
  4. Factory reset the device.
