I had gone through the setup, but my phone said setup didn't complete and then everything I set up just went away.
I factory reset the hub. Now my home wifi network is not listed on the network list. It says I can add it manually. I added the correct network name and password. It says it's connecting and then it either says the network name or password is wrong. BOTH ARE RIGHT. I have no trouble connecting any other devices.
I uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, reset my router, factory reset the hub. I've done all these things at least a dozen times.
Nothing works. Should I just get my money back?

I did all that. Spoke with Google. Took the Nest back.
