Hello everyone I have a problem with my Google home hub when I change mi wifi google is not turning on anymore I try factory reset but is not working.What can I do now?When I'm plug in Google on screen it's just the letter g that's all.

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. Could you provide the serial number of your Nest hub so we can check if it's the 1st or 2nd generation?  Check this helpful link.
