Hi guys I have a s22 ultra and Ipad Pro and an apple music account. When ever I try and play music via my Home Hub or Hub max it only shows a blank apple musioc page and looks like it is trying to load > I have linked my accoutn correcly through the home app Reset is all twice and tried mutiple devices Same issuse
Ebverything is on the same netowrk and I can play musci via my Spotify account so I at a loss what is going on, Can anyone advise ?

Hi Rachel, Thank you for sharing. I had already linked my account to Apple music and has been playing fine for months. I have also reset and the hub a few times . I have 2 home hubs and it's doing it on both

@arpo, thanks for posting. This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. Have you tried unlinking and relinking your Apple music service? If so, for us to further isolate the issue, you can try to use YouTube music and see if you will get the same result. You can also do a full reset and observe if this will fix the situation. Check the step below.
On the back of Nest Hub, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub will let you know that it's resetting.

I have tried that and the casting facility definitely works witSpotify
So by eliminating these factors I suspect it's a fault with Apple music casting and Samsung powered android 13 on my s22
