MY GOOGLE HOME NEST AUDIO IS NOT TURNING ON IM PLUGING IT IN BUT NOT TURNING ON PLEASE GET BACK IT IS FATHERS DAY AND I WAS GETTING IT AND ITS NOT TURNING ON

Hi R8poaoa,

Are you using the power cable that came with your Nest Audio? Do you see any lights on the device at all? Have you tried using a different power outlet and/or different power cable?

Yes I have but no lights turn on and when I plug it in there’s no Light and doesn’t work

I understand that nest audio issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help. 

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried? Can you also clarify what the issues is as well?
