Google home not working

Hi all, I have a Google home that stopped working, it lights up with the four white lights but refuses to do anything else. I was on help chat and tried the 15 second reset (audio) button,  it no, and also the off ten times thing but it still only comes on with the 4 lights and does nothing. Google chat help told me the speaker is just out of warranty so they won't help......very dissatisfied customer, can anyone please help?????

Hi everyone, it happened to me too this morning.
Have you contacted Google support? I sent a mail; I hope they solve the problem

I was on the phone chat for over an hour, press the button 15 seconds then try the turn it off and on ten times, neither worked and chat person said that's all they can do (found out all that before) wouldn't raise a complaint for me, told me it was just out of warranty so will not replace or fix, when I asked what I should do she said get a third party to fix it!!!!!

Also said to put my feedback...!!!!!

No help from Google whatsoever, this thread is my last hope like many it seems!??
