Google home routines

I’ve had my google home routines set up for over a year now to shuffle my liked songs on Spotify in the morning. Now it won’t shuffle the songs. I’ve even tried adding custom instructions like “shuffle my liked songs” or “shuffle my library” and it doesn’t work anymore. It plays them in the same order every time and it’s frustrating :))))

This is not the experience we want you to have; let me help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made?

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
3. Restarting your phone might also help.

If the issue persists, you may need to remove/delete your current routine if it’s customized, or remove the action if it's a pre-made routine. Creating a new one might take us home.
