Google home speaker didn't connect all on the group I have created

I have 9 googles units in home : Hub, mini, mini nest and google home.

For now 2 weeks, some of differents units didn't connect when I ask to play music in it....  Before it was working perfectly for many years.

I see the units who's not playing and I can add on the group when the music is playing, but they didn't start when I ask for.

I've try to disconnect the routers many times, disconnect the google Units also...  I also did a "start as new items" on my google hub, but nothing work...

What was the next step? asking to your developer to remove the last update they have make?

thanks,

JS

Hi JSQ,

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. Try to delete and create a new group, and observe if it makes a difference. Could you also provide us with the firmware version of your Nest speakers? Check out the helpful links below.

Hi there,

Thanks for the details you’ve shared. Try to create a new home structure and add your devices there, then observe if you will get a different experience. See the steps below on how to create a new home structure.

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home.
  2. At the top, tap Add Add.
  3. Tap Create new home.
  4. Follow the steps.

Note: You can have up to 5 homes in your account.

Thanks,

Juni

Good evening,

Your instruction to create a New structure are wrong.  I need to go on the gear icone on the bottom right, and from there clic on "add" on the bottom right to create a new "house".  I m not able to add any device in this new "house".  Do I need to delete the old one?

Hello there,

I understand. Check out the steps below on how to move devices to a difference home:

Note: Not all devices can be moved to a different home this way:

  • Speakers, displays, and Chromecast can be moved, but Nest Wifi point and Nest Hub Max can't.
  • Some Nest and Wifi devices can't be moved to a different home.
  • If you move a Charging Speaker Dock to another home, you will need to move your Google Pixel Tablet to that home too.
  • If you have a device that can't be moved to a different home, you need to factory reset your device and set it up again in a new home.
  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  2. If you have more than one home, tap Favorites . At the top, select the home you want to edit.
  3. Tap Favorites or Devices and then Touch and hold your device's tile.
  4. Tap Settings and then Device information and then Home.
    • If Device information isn't an option, tap Home.
  5. Tap the home you want to move the device to and then Next and then Move device.
  6. If asked, tap the room you want to move the device to and then Next.

You can also check out the helpful article below to know more about it.

Share a home and devices in the Google Home app

Thanks,
