The camera sometimes works for a brief moment (minutes) when trying to view it from my phone. Eventually it stops working. Sometimes rebooting the nest hub max resolves the issue for a minute and then it stops working again.
I’ve reviewed and followed instructions from another post here with similar issues including removing the device completely and re adding the device again (have done this 3 times) but still have the same result.
please advise as it’s pretty disappointing performance and reliability.

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. What is the distance of your Nest Hub Max from your Wi- Fi router? When it stops, what message are you getting from the app? Does it happen when you stream the camera on the actual device?
Try moving your Nest Hub Max near your router and observe if it will make a difference. Setting it up using another network will also help us isolate this.
