Hi
I'm trying to stream a camera to my display while playing the radio on the speaker.
This used to work fine. But now, it can only do one thing at a time. So, if the radio is playing and I ask to see the camera stream, the radio just stops.
Any ideas on why it has gone backwards and how to correct it?
Thanks

Hey Brookertron,
Thanks for reaching out — let's check this out.
When did it start happening? Is it also happening when you play music on your Google Nest Hub Max? Also, are you streaming the camera that is built-in on the Nest Hub Max or another camera?
Best,
Alex

Hi Alex
Thanks for your reply.
This started happening last week. It was OK before.
I am trying to stream my Nest Outdoor Camera (called Driveway) and stream the radio at the same time. In the past I could say "play the radio" and once playing say "stream the driveway". It would then do both things. Now it stops playing the radio and just shows the camera stream.
It also has the same issue if I try to do this the other way around (streaming the camera first). This was also fine a few weeks ago.
I also have the standard Hub Gen 1 and Gen 2.
Gen 1 has the same issues as the Hub Max detailed above. Gen 2 can do both, but only if you start by streaming the radio.
Please let me know if you need any further information.
Thanks
Stephen

Hey Brookertron,
Thanks for the information. Have you tried rebooting your device? Resetting it might help too. If the issue persists, please provide the cast firmware version of your Nest displays so that we can check this out.
Regards,
Alex
