Google hub no power on

Hi, google hub won’t turn on, I try to the reset hack with the two volume buttons but nothing works. Any suggestion?

Are you using the original power cable and adapter that it came with?

Have you tried plugging it into a different power outlet?

Hi David, I’m using the original power cable. I tried unplugging and plugging it back.

Does it do the same thing if you try a different power outlet?

Is it connected directly to the power outlet and not via an extension cable?

Yes, I tried in different outlets and I doesn't turn on. Should I get another cable?

Worth a try with another cable that you know works. Can't hurt!
