Google hub

I'm having problems with communication with my device. Every time I ask it to do something or a question it will say" I'm sorry. Going to have to try again. Later". And right after that I ask it again and it will do what I asked. Or it will say there was a glitch. Try again later. How do I fix this problem? I am a loyal Google person but this is getting annoying trying to make my house a smart house.

Hi Brettmay98,

Thank you for reaching out.

Sorry to hear about your experience with your Google Nest Hub. I'd be happy to help you out resolve this by answering these questions first.

  • How far is your Google Nest Hub from the router?
  • Are there any Google Home/Nest speakers connected on the same network?
  • Are there any changes made on your network before you experience this?

Let's go ahead and reboot first your router by unplugging it from the power source for a few minutes and plug it back in. As soon as it is up and running, perform a complete reset to your Google Nest Hub and follow the set up guide.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Best,

Princess
