Google is Display is gray with nothing on it

Google is not working the Stream is gray like it’s Fade it out. It will not do anything it will not show anything.

Thank you for reaching out. That definitely sounds concerning that your Google display is not showing anything. I would be more than happy to help. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of this issue:

• Which Google device is this occurring on? (Model name, generation number)
• When it is gray, do you see a G logo in the middle?
• Could you please attach a photo of your display?
• Have you tried rebooting or resetting your device?
