Google keeps turning TV on

Today, I asked Google to play some music. 

It turned the TV on & played thru that, not the speakers that was responding. (note: it did not ask if I wanted to use the TV)

I moved the TV out if the room. (in home app)

I deleted the TV as a default TV.

I deleted the speaker pair & Re-added them.

I power cycled everything.

The only thing that has "helped" has bee the pulling the power to the chromecast. 

This worked fine yesterday.
